統一獅懲罰郭阜林酒駕 中職也處罰？

台灣中華職棒（CPBL）統一獅13日宣布郭阜林主動告知酒駕被檢測超標，獅隊即日起做出
懲處，郭阜林今天下二軍，但獅隊沒有公布懲處為何，中職是否做出處罰還未知。
根據中職規章，聯盟有實施不定時球場酒測，拒檢、酒測超標都要罰款、禁賽。對於選手
在外酒駕則沒有明確規範，但依照「影響職棒形象不正行為」判斷，可處以罰款1到10萬
元、禁賽1到10場。
聯盟立場是否對郭阜林酒駕行為懲處，需要後續觀察。
以下為郭阜林聲明：
對於我所犯下的酒駕行為，我只有道歉再道歉、反省再反省。
我深知酒駕不僅會將自己陷入危險當中，更嚴重的是危及了所有無辜用路人的安全，但我
卻貪圖一時之便，明知有喝酒的情況下依然選擇騎乘機車，這實在是一個非常愚蠢的錯誤
。
職棒球員應是清新、健康，帶給社會正向力量的楷模，但我這次的行為卻完全背道而馳，
因為我一人的負面行為，導球隊及聯盟所有球員、教練、工作人員的努力因此而被抹煞，
我誠摯的向大家道歉並將深刻反省。
